I just finished reading Neil Gaiman's Sandman and fell in love with Jill Thompson's rendering of Li'l Morpheus in the sixth volume. I'm not impressed with the dolls currently available for sale, so I'm making my own. Upon the advice of my sister, I'm documenting my travails here. I might as well embrace the uber-geekiness, no? I'd like it to be absolutely clear that I did not create the character and have no rights to him. I'm making this doll solely for my own amusement, not profit.

Heh. If being entertained by headless dolls is wrong, I don't want to be right.
Well, the only bad thing is that now I'm not motivated to give him a head.
You could make him a little pony to ride, and then give him one of those mini pumpkin gourd thingies with an angry face drawn on it.
Hee. "Ichabod!"
If I have a child, I will name it Ichabod.
Maybe.
